Frequently Asked Questions

How many players are on the team roster?

Coaches have discretion on how many players will be on the roster, but generally, 10 -13 players.

How much is the cost?

The Grays Organization strives to keep costs low while providing the best baseball experience possible. There are several variables that can change annually - number of tournaments, uniforms, practice facilities, equipment, etc. that will factor into the cost. The Board of Directors in consultation with the Head Coach will make a determination on the cost per season, per team.

What kind of training do the coaches have?

The Grays seek coaches who have prior experience coaching or playing baseball at a competitive level. The board evaluates the coaches experience prior to becoming a coach.

How do get my player on a Grays team?

All teams are determined after an open tryout is held. Tryouts are held in July or August for the following summer baseball season.
